Sharepoint 2007 custom fields in project task lists are not supported in Microsoft Office 2007 ...this is in reference to MOSS 2007 task lists

After searching for hours and hours. I finally found out that sharepoint task list (tasklists) custom fields are not supported in outlook 2007.
Please see this article:
"To view an Outlook 2007 field such as Categories in Internet Explorer, add that field as a column template. To add an Outlook 2007 field to the SharePoint task list, use the Add Site Columns command on the Settings menu in the SharePoint task list. Administrators can use this feature to make the appearance of the synchronized SharePoint task list more consistent with Outlook 2007 and can sync a limited set of predefined properties."
Outlook 2007 tasks have some cross-over field support for Sharepoint 2007 tasks. YES, some fields to transfer perfectly. Expecially if you do not customize your task list at all. You get almost 100% transfer rate of your form fields.
But if you start to customize and alter your field names....Outlook 2007 and Sharepoint 2007 integration will become tough. So if you want to view fields in both outlook 2007 and sharepoint 2007, they need to be part of the default list of "allowed" fields/Sharepoint columns (RESERVED COLUMNS).
To do this, you actually have to use "Add from existing site columns" when you go into the settings of a tasklist. Then you also have to ensure that column will carry over to Exchange/Outlook 2007 tasks. One strange thing is that I could not find the column/field title (BODY or MESSAGE) in the list of availabel fields.
